Etude House Dear My Blooming Lips-talk RD303

Hello cookies- I want to share with you my current favorite lipstick. It
is a lipstick from Etude House in shade RD303. It is the most prettiest color I own yet.
When I saw it at first I thought that the color was red but when applied, it's more
of a light pinkish color than red.

Here is a swatch of the lipstick. It's quite different from the lipstick.
It's always best to search for info about the product before you buy it
as the color of products can sometimes be misleading.

I've taken some pictures of my lips with the lipstick on from slightly different angles. The lipstick is pigmented so there is no need to apply concealer or a light color on your lips beforehand. I sometimes apply concealer on my lips before applying the lipstick if the lipstick because if the lipstick is not pigmented enough you would hardly be able to see the color.

Overall, I love this pigmented lipstick. The only downside is that the color on the box misleads people into thinking that the lipstick is red when in actual fact it's a different color when you apply it on. You have to swatch the lipstick before you buy it in the shop to see whether it is the color that you want. The lipstick is cheap, I think I got it for approximately £5 and I should have got another one as I use it pretty often. I wish there is Etude House in London, it would be very convenient for me and I'm sure for quite a lot of people.

Do you have a favorite lipstick?

With love,

HL

  4. You're right about the misleading colours, but on the upside it's such a pretty colour on you! Very soft and your lips look luscious.

Happy 2013 and do keep warm in London!

  7. that color of lip gloss is really pretty, seems versatile as well! though ya it does seem a bit misleading with the pigmentation but overall you can wear it to anything!

  8. Double-check what's in this. I read somewhere that some pinks-to-reds have lead in them. My wife wears a pinkish lipstick, so I have to say pink is my color. :D
